what's a free agent ?
Free agents are aspiring NEXT players who haven’t yet qualified for the league. They can qualify through a one-day UA COMBINE or by being scouted by NEXT coaches during RISE seasons.
The UA COMBINE provides a fast, guaranteed qualification answer in just one day. If a free agent doesn’t qualify for the NEXT league at their first combine, they will:
Secure a spot in the RISE league.
Get a performance report with tips for future qualification.
Their choice of a refund for the difference in cost between NEXT and RISE leagues, or a complimentary combine for their second attempt next season.
